I like Alicia pronounced ah-liss-ee-a but not ah-lee-sha. Not keen on Aaliyah.

Would choose Aaliyah but then I'm biased as my 7 year old is Aaliyah, she also has a friend in her year called Alessia pronounced Alisseeah

Love, love, love Aaliyah. Alicia is nice too (are you saying it A-liss-ee-ah? Much prefer that to A-leesh-a) but I would definitely choose Aaliyah.
