Hello. I'm expecting boy and girl twins in August and DH and I are unsettled on names! What do you think of the names below? Our last name is Stirling.

Girls:
Etta
Ann(e)
Carolynn
Maude (dh favourite)
Harriet (my favourite0
Primrose
Amy

Boys:
Frank
Seamus (dh favourite-PILs are Irish)
Luke
Sebastian
Theodore (my favourite)
Alexander

Etta is horrible and Anne is so boring.

Out of your list I quite like Maude or Harriet but I'm not really wild about any of them. What about Elizabeth?

I think Sebastian is a lovely name but not sure it goes so well with Stirling. It's a bit tricky to say them together.

I would go Maude and Frank.

Samuel and Amy (nice but a bit 1980's)
Primrose and Frank (both cool)
Frank and Maude (my utter favourites!!
Seamus and Etta (ok)
Alexander/Sebastian and Harriet (ok)
Theodore and primrose (cool)

Harriet is lovely and I adore Sebastian. Theodore is lovely too, I like your favourites! Definitely not Carolynn with two n's though, it looks wrong.

I wouldn't choose both Anne & Frank for obvious reasons.

Love Etta though. Maybe Etta-Anne?
