I was set on Henry but it is SO popular I've gone right off it :(
So finally DP and I settled on Louis but can't agree on spelling, I think it should be Louis but ALWAYS read 'Lewis' when I see Louis.

So I'd like a vote please MN, if you were to use Louis, how would you spell it?

Louis is always Looeee to me.
Luiz and Luis only work if you're Spanish/Portuguese.

To clarify we chose Louie to ensure it wS pronounced Looee

Hi Furstly great nane choice - we have a Louie (hes 14 months old) we decided on Louie as my mum saw louis and pronounced it Lewis. So louie to us means there's no issue on The pronunciation. We also have Fynn (aged 4) we again chose to spell it with a Y so people didn't think it was short for Finley. Xx

I think Louie looks wrong, Luis would be pronounced Loo-ees and Luiz would be Loo-eeeez (like Louise but elongated) for me.
