Which do you prefer?

Any ideas on fuller names for either of them... Winifred and Bonita !!!

Prefer Bonnie to Winnie - just. Minnie is hideous though.

Yes to Bronwyn, then you can decide which of the two nns suits her.

I'm not keen on either, but I prefer Winnie. It's cute for a little girl, don't like it for an older child/adult though. Could be short for Edwina, Gwyneth, Guinevere, Gwendolyn, Winter or Winona. All of which are pretty awful imo.

The Winnie I know is short for Winsome.

Winnie (the Pooh?) is usually Winifred, but could be any ends-in-wyn name. It doesn't sound whingy to me, but a whinny is a definite type of noise.

Bonnie is OK - and as all babies are bonny by definition, it could be a totally random nn.
