We've got Aarya for a first name deriving from my native scriptural language in India - Sanskrit. Aarya in Sanskrit means noble. So that's the Indian bit of her heritage.
DH is White British (we can't wait to see how DC looks!) and for the moment are looking for an English girls name as a suitable second name to go with Aarya.
Till now we have - (with double barrelled last name)
Aarya Iris
Aarya Sophie
Aarya Thea
But none of them have wowed us. Also because we have an Indian first name to reflect my heritage and culture and language (hence Aarya) we would like an English second name to reflect her Dad.
Any ideas?
