Sounds pretty masculine to me - the more I hear it, the more I like it! It might be joining my list for DS1...

Love love love it. It is, and has been my number one boys name for a while. Only problem is I will have a Reuben R, and not sure it works. Definitely not feminine.

I quite like it, but since DH worked in an American beach resort cafe during our university drop-out days, it says 'type of huge, hot corned beef sandwich' to me.

My son's middle name is Reuben, and it suits him very much! I love his first name too, but sometimes I wish we'd been braver and given him Reuben as a first name.

Not at all, means "behold, a son" in Hebrew apparently as well. In the OT he is the oldest son of Jacob & Leah.
