I much prefer Frances, it feels more classic. Francesca seems a bit dated to me.

Prefer Frances personally as not too keen on nn Chesca or Chessie. Frances is lovely. Have you seen the film Frances Ha? The title character is great!

I like both but Francesca just has the edge
