I like Tessa with Tess as a nickname.

Tessa, I think it's a bit more grown up and always has the option to be Tess.

Although I'm not sure I'd use Tessa and Tilly together.

Tess, I think it's more classic and prefer it. Tessa and Tilly is cute, but I think Tess and Tilly is just a bit less matchy
