In Spanish, 'Calena' means 'woman from the city of Cali, in Colombia'. It is also (I think) a variety of salsa dance.

I do think it sounds made up, sorry. The Cal eh na pronounciation lacks substance and Caleena sounds strange. If you like Callie then I think you could go for Caroline or Carolina?

What about Galina pronounced Ga-lee-na? I know somebody with this name who has Russian parents.
