Shameless TAAT (sorry...!) but inspired by the girl thread I thought I'd ask about boys.

So... If you had a DS tomorrow... What would you call him?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Gus
Bill (William I suppose)
Miles
Fred
Julian/Julius
Orlando (H vetoed that last time though)
Peter maybe
Heath (I like this, H wouldn't).

Luckily I've finished having children - boys names are too difficult.

Gugglebum · 28/01/2015 05:34

Reuben or Dexter
That would be boy #6, though, so the list is massively dwindling.

gingerfluffball · 28/01/2015 01:07

Laurie if I had my hormonal & pregnant way... vetoed by DH and will be William nn Will

MummyBeerest · 28/01/2015 01:00

Damian. I love this name, but I have a husband and a surname to contend with.

Hesalovernotabiter · 28/01/2015 00:55

Theo but I would never get DP to agree

Interesting there is no mention of Charlie, every other boy I meet seems to be Charlie including mine Smile

GilbertBlytheWouldGetIt · 28/01/2015 00:52

Rumgy, brilliant.

Mine would be Edward, Ed.

Or Justin

Zebda · 27/01/2015 23:46

I love Rory, but it was not possible for DS as DH is French and Rory is unpronounceable in French

marshmallowpies · 27/01/2015 23:45

If it wasn't for the fact it doesn't go with our surname, Edmund, nn Ned.

As that doesn't work, though, I'd be tempted by Douglas or Alexander or Duncan. I've always had a very clear idea of what girls names I like, boys names are so much harder! Good job I'm only having DDs it seems...

Inkspellme · 27/01/2015 23:44

good grief...mumnet seems to have chewed my post. it's Oisin.

Inkspellme · 27/01/2015 23:42
