Front runners are; Alice, Sadie, Elizabeth and Thea. Thoughts?

Hi ladies. We are expecting our DD to arrive in 2 weeks- and are stuck on deciding between the above names. Here are our thoughts... Alice is my granny's name, so has a family connection and has always been my favourite, but my DH thinks it's too "normal" in comparison to our DS's name (Zachary).
We both like Sadie, but have a concern about people thinking it is a dog's name- our neighbour has a dog called Sadie- and there are also no nicknames really. Also not sure if the Sa sound is too similar to Za.
Elizabeth is also a bit "normal" in comparison to Zachary, but I love the NN Lizzie.
And then finally, Thea- this is my DH's favourite- but I wonder if it's too current, and there also isn't an obvious nickname. Thanks in advance for your help!

I always think of Sadie being a pet name for Sarah. I love it though.

I think Sadie is a lovely name. Elizabeth is nice too, and has lots of good nicknames - Beth, Liz, Lizzie.

Alice is ok, but to me it's very much a girl's name. Personally, I don't think it sounds quite right on an adult woman. I guess it's the Alice in Wonderland thing.

I love Alice and Elizabeth, they are both beautiful names, traditional but not overly common.

In that order. Elizabeth is a beautiful name, as is Alice.
Anna is another similar name.
Not sure about Thea or Sadie. They're not in the same league I don't think.

Sadie is a bit too similar to Zachary IMO.

Alice and Elizabeth are lovely names. With Elizabeth you have such a wide choice of shortenings to use if you want to too.

Absolutely love Thea, but I would pronounce it "TH" rather than "T", not sure if that's right?

But Thea isn't pronounced 'th' its a hard 't' so no problem- like Theresa isn't the-reesa, is it?

Dont go for Thea (really nice BTW) as she will be called Fear by persons that cannot pronounce TH.

Alice and Elizabeth are perfectly nice, normal, boring names with not much personality.

Thea is okay, maybe works better as a short version of Theodora

I like Sadie but think it sounds better as a nickname for a slightly longer name - Sadia, maybe? Nice name

We'll, Thea is short for theadora (e) isn't it so use full name? There are lots of nicknames for Elizabeth: elspeth , Lizzie, Beth , Betsy, Liza, lisabet, so endless permutations.
Alice is lovely but not much you can do with it (ally ?) and I love Sadie. It is pronounced say- dee isn't it so totally different from Zak-ER-ee.
Not much help but I love Thea. ( hard T not as it ' the' if you use the Greek pronounciation as we do). And I love Elizabeth and all it's permutations, wish there hadn't been one of the cousins or it would be one of dd's names!

Alice. Beautiful and classic
Thea. Lots of popping up but nice
Elizabeth. I think probably a bit boring
Sadie. Horrid connections for me but that's not at all your problem! I know one other who is about 3 now.....
