Just that really!

I like Nora, it's got a bit of oomph. I'm thinking Nora Jones rather than Batty.

Isabel sounds so tired and overdone these days.

NeedABumChange · 06/01/2015 11:03

Norah with the H, only with the H.

Isabel is too common now.

Bowlersarm · 06/01/2015 10:58

Nora, without the h.

Isabel is nice too, though.

loislines · 06/01/2015 10:56

Love Norah (especially with the h)!

Frikadellen · 06/01/2015 10:27

Another vote for Norah.

DramaAlpaca · 06/01/2015 10:02

Isabel, definitely.

TheCowThatLaughs · 06/01/2015 02:51

Norah, with the h on

Deerhound · 06/01/2015 01:43

Norah. Both are very pretty but Norah is much more unusual and cool.

As an aside: I applaud your choice of Isabel over Isabela. Much classier imho

lordStrange · 05/01/2015 23:18

Norah, very cool and classy.

Isabel I love too but there are two in dd's reception class so very popular.

MargotLovedTom · 05/01/2015 23:18

Flamin' Nora! Bloody Nora!

Prefer Isabel.

Leeds2 · 05/01/2015 23:16

Isabel

Homepride1 · 05/01/2015 23:14

My Dd started secondary in September and was just this evening telling me about a new friend she has met (have become very good friends and she is called Nora! I commented to my dd that it was a unusual name to hear nowadays!

I would def go Nora (prefer without the h) lots of Isabel, Isabella's, izzy etc

SanityClause · 05/01/2015 22:25

Isabel is very popular, and has been for years. It's a very pretty name, which accounts for its popularity.

IMO, Norah is not very pretty, but is less popular, so that may make it more preferable to you.

BiancaDelRio · 05/01/2015 22:22

Nora (prefer it with no 'h').

Absolutely gorgeous.

Isabel is drab and overused by comparison.

nannyj · 05/01/2015 22:22

Norah is lovely!

nyldn · 05/01/2015 22:21

norah, beautiful!

NovemberRainbow · 05/01/2015 22:19

Norah, I would if used if for my DD if it didn't rhyme with my name.
