If you like those two names I would have:

Isadora Nellie Surname

Noodle1234 · 23/12/2014 20:35

Thank you for the responses. I'm leaning towards Isadora and my husband likes Penelope. What do you think of just these two?

Beatrice by a country mile. Beatrice Willow from your middle names but I would actually go Beatrice Florence if it were my choice

Twittwooo · 23/12/2014 00:04

Margot is great. It's our top choice if baby is a girl. And the Leadbetter / 70s association makes it all the more appealing to me ?? I think it's a beautiful name (but I see it's off your list).

SnoringNorma · 22/12/2014 23:43

Isadora is adorable (sorry)
Also love Matilda and Beatrice. Fern any good as a middle name?

MerryMarigold · 22/12/2014 20:29

I don't like Seraphina at all, sorry. Just really pretentious and try hard imho.

I love Claudia, but see you cut it. shame.

Penelope and Tabitha I like best. Tamsin?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/12/2014 20:28

Don't like any of the middle names but Willow is the best of the bunch.

Favourites from the trimmed list are Penelope and Tabitha.

Romeyroo · 22/12/2014 18:46

The only one I like on the trimmed list is Penelope, on the Middle names (which my phone insists on capitalising) I like Willow and Blythe though not sure my choices go together. With Felicity I would choose Blythe as a first name, I like it.

WhoKnowsWhereTheMistletoes · 22/12/2014 18:46

Matilda Blythe would be my choice (only considering first names from your shortened list).

Joan would be an absolute no, I don't like old lady names.

Viviennemary · 22/12/2014 18:44

Of the first list I like Georgiana best. Not madly keen on any on the second list.

moxon · 22/12/2014 18:39

PS Isadora Duncan was just wonderful! A very Romantic life and death, if you're into Romance with a capital R. :)

moxon · 22/12/2014 18:36

vomistheworst · 22/12/2014 18:33

I LOVE Margot.

Noodle1234 · 22/12/2014 18:04

Yes, Isadora Wiila works nicely.

Artandco · 22/12/2014 10:36

How about Isadora Willa?

AmeliaPeabody · 22/12/2014 10:29

Agree that it doesn't ruin the name at all. Although there was great tragedy in her life (the loss of her children too, then her own decline latter latterly) she also led a very interesting and innovative life, too.

Noodle1234 · 22/12/2014 09:04

LeoandBoosMum - have you had an unfortunate incident with a spoilt Matilda before then? :)

Not keen on Rose etc as a middle name, a bit status quo.

I forgot about Isadora Duncan, doesn't ruin the name though.

Margot is lovely, bit I see it's got the axe. From your new list my favourite would be Beatrice.

PrintScreen · 22/12/2014 08:38

Beautiful!

PrintScreen · 22/12/2014 08:38

Isadora or Matilda. Both beityugul with many great diminutives.

Beangarda · 21/12/2014 23:44

Isadora Duncan, the dancer, was killed in the 20s when her long scarf caught in the axle of her car and broke her neck, OP.

I don't like Penelope, which always sounds prissy and bossy to me, but the others are perfectly nice.

AmeliaPeabody · 21/12/2014 23:39

Margot or Isadora Blythe.

I don't usually like Blythe, but think it's rather nice with those names.

CarriMarie · 21/12/2014 23:34

Tabitha Blythe or
Matilda Joan

LeoandBoosmum · 21/12/2014 23:23

Teal? I've never heard that used as a name.

I dislike Tabitha...makes me think of cats and witches.

Isadora will likely become Izzy or Dora and I think they are unattractive names.
Matilda sounds like a spoilt, demanding madam!

I like Penelope (maybe shortened to Nell, but not Penny). Seraphina is pretty. I don't like any of the middle names. How about Seraphina Jade or Seraphina Rose?
I'll throw Persephone and Eponine into the mix as they sound along similar lines to the names already being considered.
