Name to give nn Dulcie

I know that Dulcie is a name in its own right, but it sounds quite nicknamey to my mind. There is an established longer name, Dulcibella, but I can't do that to the child.

Any thoughts on a longer name which could give Dulcie as a nn?

Dulcibella is bloody awful. I know a Dulcie, it's fine by itself.

As an established name it sounds no more nicknamey than Sophie or Amelie etc

Just go with dulcie. Anything else will sound like a pet name of dulcie (like dulciebella!!

Ridiculous to try to fit a name to a nickname. Nicknames evolve. Just pick a name you actually like.
