We have been struggling with a boys name and have finally agreed on Flynn. As we don't know any Flynn's, and we want to keep it secret from those we know, I'd be keen to gauge general reactions! Also, any suggestions of middle names with more than 1 syllable, would be gratefully received!

I think there is a danger than you will spend most of your child's life saying "No F-L-Y-N-N" but only because it's an unusual spelling and tbh I have a very normal name and people still spell it wrong...

Thats sort of where it came from. Really like Finn, but there are just too many at the moment. Wondered if changing it slightly might make a difference...

I've taught a Flynn :) lovely name, lovely boy. I hadn't heard it before but it's gorgeous.

I like it. The only Flynn I can think of is Flynn Rider from Tangled too Smile

I like it, but suspect it will be confused with the 9 million Finns out there.
