It's a little different, but I know a Magdalena whose sister is Anastasia.

I like Isabelle. And Eloise is lovely, good suggestion MrsGrumble! Does it sound a mouthful though? Madeleine and Eloise. Ugh, everything is a mouthful with Madeleine! Not sure about Samuel. Boys names are hard!

Namechanged for this as risk outing myself... But my sister is Madeleine and I am Isabelle (we're adults!)

Thanks TobyLerone, Marguerite is lovely. But our surname begins with M and I don't want to come over all Kardashian so would really like to avoid another M name! Shame as I love quite a few... Margot, Mariella. We have an Alexander in the family already so that rules out Alexis. Thank you though, some lovely suggestions.

Madeleine is a beautiful name.

I know a Madeline who has a sister called Marguerite (which is equally lovely, IMO)

I also know an adult Madeleine whose sister is called Alexis.
