Sibling for Madeleine

Boy or girl...any suggestions? Do you know a Madeleine? What are her siblings called? Thank you MNers!

My sister is Madeleine, and the rest of us are Stephanie, Josephine and Harry. There are some beautiful suggestions on here, have you got a shortlist yet?!

My friend has Madeleine Edwin Abigail and Harriet. Pregnant with number 5 and front runners are Clara and Frederick.

Eloise is my favourite at the mo, minipie and the only one that DH hasn't vetoed! Any boys suggestions? Reuben has always been our boys name but we've gone off it now.

Smile I think we have similar name taste! I have an Eloise and would love to call DC2 Madeleine...but DH won't agree

The two I know have sisters called Matilda (Tilly) and Charlotte (Lottie)

As an aside, I have an Edgar and he is adorable. :-) Only ever had nice comments too. It's a really good, strong name. Lots of nickname options too...

Some great suggestions here! I love Juliette, Handsup but really dislike Julie/Jules etc as a nn. Etta might be cute though. Having said that, Madeleine's name isn't shortened to Maddie that often. I've not heard of Trelise before but it sounds really pretty. What do your girls names get shortened to?

Francesca sounds great with Madeleine, that could be a winner!

So far for boys I'm liking Daniel, Oliver (although not liking the popularity of these), Edward and Edmund....how about Edgar?

I know a Madeleine whose brother's names are Henry (Harry) and Mark.

I also know another Madeleine whose siblings' names are Joesph and Alice.
