Hi all we've managed to get it down to 3 names now thanks to the help of you:)
Once she finally decides to make an appearance she'll either be:

Fallon Nicola
Elise Nicola
Everly Nicola

Which do people prefer? What nickname could you give her if we went with Elise? Everly would be Evie and Fallon not sure at all any help would be grateful x

Fallon is Scottish.

TheCowThatLaughs · 27/09/2014 19:12

Is Everly a name then?

Out of the 3 I prefer Elise, then Everly, then Fallon

misskipper · 27/09/2014 19:01

Am I the only one who gets the Fallon reference? Dynasty, yes? Am showing my age! Grin

Castlemilk · 27/09/2014 19:00

Elise is the best.

Everley is - um, not good.

Fallon is shoulder-pad tastic!

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 27/09/2014 18:30

They're all lovely. In think I'd go with Fallon or Everley as they are more unique, but that said though Elise is the prettiest.

myotherusernameisbetter · 27/09/2014 17:53

I like Fallon or Elise - neither needs a nickname, but I'f probably use Lisa for Elise

wigglesrock · 27/09/2014 17:36

I really like Elise, I think it's a lovely name. Fallon makes me think of Dynasty and not in a good way.

Everley/Everly is alright but apart from the Everly Brothers, I would automatically think "oh like Channing Tatums daughter"

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 27/09/2014 16:07

I don't like any of them at all, sorry.

CarriMarie · 27/09/2014 11:45

Elise is my favourite, I think Elise Nicole flows slightly better. Elle would be a nice nn.

BikeRunSki · 26/09/2014 13:42

Elise nn Lissy

burgatroyd · 26/09/2014 13:40

*Everly!

burgatroyd · 26/09/2014 13:39

I know an Every whose folks regret the name as everyone keepos getting it wrong.

I named my DC something that had same pronunciation issues and changed it so would advise against for this reason.

Therefore I go with Elise.

Elise is very pretty and the other two are awful.

wantacatplease · 26/09/2014 12:19

Oi, nothing wrong with The Everly Brothers who, by the way, aren't even around anymore!

I kinda agree with the Jimmy Fallon thing, though.

cherrybombxo · 26/09/2014 12:06

Elise.

Fallon makes me think of Jimmy Fallon, who is a wanker Grin

Sophronia · 26/09/2014 12:03

Elise. Everly reminds me of the Everly Brothers.

wantacatplease · 26/09/2014 11:37

Everley Nicola. Beautiful. Smile

nickiw123 · 26/09/2014 11:23

Yes im liking it the Everley spelling more and more now i think about it! And i think ive fallen for that name over the others.... now just to get the OH to agree thats THE one and not Fallon!
We were considering Evelyn too but OH preferred Everley.

minkah · 26/09/2014 11:07

Elise. Definitely!

Everly brothers.

Fallon the floor.

Yes, go with Elise. Diminutive is Elly.

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 26/09/2014 11:04

My daughter is Evelyn and we call her Evie (to rhyme with heavy, not eee- vee) I love it apparently it's the French pronunciation.

I would use the spelling Everley.

wantacatplease · 26/09/2014 10:06

With Nicola as the middle name I think:

Everly Nicola
Everley Nicola

Actually the 2nd one looks nice!

nickiw123 · 26/09/2014 10:01

good thinking i like Evie pronounced eh-vee actually! Completely different then, i think Everly is becoming my favourite! Which spelling do you prefer?
Everly
Everley
Everlie/Everleigh
not sure if ive made some of them up! lol x

wantacatplease · 26/09/2014 09:43

When I pronounce Evie I say "Eh-vee" not "Ee-vee" which then makes the same Eh sound like Everly, so could work as a nickname like that.
