In similar vein to Elva, how about Elkie?

I like Tabitha and Gretel (suggest Greta though).

For a boy, I like Arlo.

Shockingundercrackers · 20/09/2014 23:44

Tabitha (or better still, Greta) and Rufus (biased!).

Bellyrub1980 · 20/09/2014 23:41

Just remember you asked for opinions! Grin

Clementine - it's an orange
Rex - dog
Elle - not with Tilly
Fred - Scooby dooby doooooooo
Elva - too 'hard'
Digby - dog
Grettel - where's Hansel?
Arlo - wouldn't have been my choice but there's an MNer I met in RL and her Arlo is just georgous!
Aurora - salad or natural light display
Rufus - dog
Thora - urgh
Georgie - great for a girl
Tabitha - friendly witch or cat

So Georgie it is then, better hope it's a girl Grin

Georgie

Rex

Allalonenow · 20/09/2014 00:13

I only like Clementine from your list, though would add Georgia or Georgiana instead of Georgie.
My least favourites are Thora and Elva, and I think the Grettel spelling is weak.

I really like Rufus, if he will have red hair, or Rex or Arlo if not.
Digby is my least favourite from your list.
Fred would be a good choice if his name was really Frederick, I think you will find that if you name him Fred he will always be called Freddie or Freddo.

JellySnakesLadderedTights · 19/09/2014 23:53

Thora and Rufus are lovely.

Mashedupbanana · 19/09/2014 18:53

Georgie and Arlo are my favourites

smokeandglitter · 19/09/2014 18:13

Clementine or tabitha.

Allow or rufus.

Don't like Georgia as I'm big on meanings and I think it's meaning is farmer but that's just a personal thing.

DecaffTastesWeird · 19/09/2014 16:38

My favourites are Clementine or Tabitha for a girl and Rufus for a boy.

Nospringflower · 19/09/2014 07:09

Girl - Tabitha
Boy - Rex

moxon · 19/09/2014 06:36

Tilly and Georgia sounds like a good combo; so does Tilly and Fred.

Guin1 · 19/09/2014 00:34

Girl: Tabitha
Boy: Rex or Rufus

Ariana08 · 18/09/2014 22:14

Tabitha and Rex

I know a Rex, he's lovely and very handsome so I'm biased.

thatsn0tmyname · 18/09/2014 21:32

Thora from me

helensburgh · 18/09/2014 21:29

Gretell and Fred, lovely

Sophronia · 18/09/2014 21:28

Georgie and Fred.

funnyface31 · 18/09/2014 20:46

Tabitha & Arlo are my favourites.

Not too keen on any other boys names. Sorry

magicalmrmistofelees · 18/09/2014 20:46

Georgie and Arlo

burgatroyd · 18/09/2014 20:41

How about Elka?
I like Tabitha from list.

hollie84 · 18/09/2014 20:07

I missed Elva - I like it, or Elvie. Also like Alba and Alma which have a similar feel.

hollie84 · 18/09/2014 20:06

Not sure if you're naming a boy or a dog Grin Fred is a great name, Arlo is a bit trendy.

Girls - Elle and Aurora are awful.
Grettel is a bit odd, especially that spelling. And everyone will just think of Hansel. Greta is nice though
Tabitha and Clementine are fine names
Georgie is cute
Thora is very cool.
