Hi all,

I posted a few days ago looking for a B name due to family connections. It's not essential that the name begins with B but DH and I agree that if we can find one we both love we will go for it. We are still not sure about a boys name but we both really love Bryony and Briar. I also like Bronwyn/en.

Can I get some opinions on these names? Which do you like best? I had never seen Bryony spelt Briany. I liked it at first but DH has pointed out that it just makes the name look like a female version of Brian which it isn't.

Other suggestions are also welcome, doesn't have to be B but what names may I like if I like these names?

Second one was supposed to be Briony!

Much prefer Bryony or Bryony. That name would suit a variety of babies/girls/women.

Bronwen is a bit frumpy to my ears. Along the lines of Gladys and Gertrude.
