Expecting first baby in October and haven't found out the sex!

Harriet
Hannah
Anna
Flora

Boys:

Sebastian
Rory
William
Edward

Flora and Sebastian without a shadow of a doubt

Sebastian has always been my favourite boys name but dh will not consider it at all hates it

Flora both DH and I adore but our surname starts with FL so a no go.

Fern is a plant, Fleur sounds like you've had a swig of cold coffee, Peony sounds like pee, Daffodil, Tulip, Meadow! Grin Not a chance! Savannah is an American city to me. I quite like it - used to know a horse called Savannah, I wouldn't use it for a human though.

I only like Poppy and Violet as flower names, and the rabbits stole them! Grin

There are loads of Rory's now. IMO it will date quickly.

Plus there's the roary the race car cartoon.

I like flora too but the kid would get 'spreads easily' teasing.

There are other good flower names other than the dull and common Lily's and roses.
What about fern, fleur, poppy, violet, peony, daffodil, tulip, meadow, savannah type names.

All your girls' names are nice, but Anna is perfect!

Sebastian is lovely. Not too sure about Rory. Too many 'Rs' what if he becomes big friends with someone who can't say them and he gets called 'Wowy' all the time?

William and Edward are fine but maybe a bit dull and overused?

I really like all of them.

Edward for a boy.

For a girl I was going to say flora but with rose as middle name it might be too flowery and R repetitious, so I would plump for Harriet.
