I used to know a Serena though, drag queen, she was lovely but it reminds me too much of her.

It doesn't look very appealing written down IYSWIM. But if you love it, go for it. I think something nicer might be out there tho.

Irena sounds a bit dated though. I suppose you would pronounce Erena, Arena, like stadium?
