Last minute shortlist - girls!

Due any day, but having lots of name wobbles.
Sibling is Felix. Surname is v common (hence not wanting a really really popular name).

So what do you think?

Juliet
Louisa
Lara
Lois

Please be honest! (And feel free to throw in any other suggestions too!)

I like them all but don't like the ssss sound of Louisa or Lois when said with Felix.

Really like Juliet and Louisa. Not too sure about Lara and Polly, and don't like Lois.

From your list, I think Louisa is lovely. I also like Juliet and Polly (through I'm probably label her something like Apollonia!)

Lara has been a long-term option, but I just don't feel I love it enough.hmm...

Nasara - tbh I have struggled a bit with Felix. No one has ever made a negative comment, but for some reason I found it quite embarrassing at times. Could be down to areas though. It is completely unheard of here as a name, whereas on mumsnet some people seem to think it's top ten!

I really dislike Polly (sorry!) but I do really like your other choices - I think Lara Juliet sounds lovely.

Mind swapping some name help? I've been considering Felix for this little one - how has the name been received? (Thanks!)
