So DH loves Daisy which I think is ok

I love Sylvie which DH is not particularly find of.

Anyone got any alternative ideas?

Try the website "named together" in which you each tick names you like on a list of the top 100/200/500 names and see what crossover there is. Make a rule that you check at least x names each and that you include anything you'd consider, not just "the one". Hopefully that produces a short list for discussion!

They are actually really similar names, so it really shouldn't be difficult to find one that you both like.
