Hi all

DH and I have finally narrowed it down to 5 names. Middle name will either be William or Jack depending which first name we chose

Alexander
Adam
Thomas/Tommy
Timothy
Jonah. We know this is a bit of a marmite name. We both like Joe, but not too keen on Joseph and feel joe by itself is a bit "incomplete". I've loved Jonah for a few years now and it's really grown on DH.

I love Alexander, but Alexandra is my favourite girls name. My DS (James) is 7 weeks now, and DH and I have decided to keep Alex in case next DC is a girl. We only want 2 DC's though so will almost definitely use Alexander if we have another boy!
Your whole list is really nice...good taste!

I think Timothy is lovely..never hear of it these days but can see it starting to rise again in popularity.
I actually really like Jonah, also prefer it to Joseph.
Tommy is also lovely but I don't really like Thomas or just Tom! And can't imagine an adult Tommy.
Adam is lovely too...bad connections for me (horrible ex) but it's a nice name!! You have a tough choice a head of you...if it were me I'd go for Alexander. Jonah would be my second choice.
