Old gentleman country club feel names please..

Lots of these names are handed down the family line from eons ago so you end up with Enthleberts choosing to be called Berty and Monty etc.

Charles Arthur (isn't that the 1st two of Prince Charles' names? - the Princes of Wales have always been quite 'clubb-able' chaps, I believe?)
