Which one do you prefer?

Hi all!

Expecting Ds2 who will be a brother to Edward. Middle names are already sorted (James William) and are not suitable as first names due to close family members having them. So, that just leaves us to decide between our top two names. Would welcome feedback,

Thomas James William
Or
Alexander James William

I prefer Thomas but like both. Definitely outweighed by all the Alexander fans on this thread though!

Would you consider swapping the middle names round? I think Alexander William James would sound good.

Definitely Thomas, I have one and he's lovely so I'm biased. Also love Tom, but not Alex.

Alexander. It is DH's name so I am biased. Good for NN's as well. Xander already mention but also Sandy, Alec & obvs Alex.

Alexander for me - totally influenced by the fact that all of the Thomas' I've taught have been a bit 'challenging' to say the least, whereas my little Alex's have always been a delight. Grin

Going against popular opinion on here, definitely Thomas.

There is a reason that it's popular - it's a lovely name.

I don't mind Alexander, but think that Alex is just awful.
