Hi there, this is a bit of an update thread but with more queries really! I seem to be stumped at only a handful of boys name when i realise there are millions out there to choose from. We all like Harry although my dh thinks too popular, im not sure "goes" with siblings names but love it, but my two little boys are very keen on it and dont like many other suggestions! I like Harry, Oliver, Elijah, Josiah,(although very much dislike nn joe) Ezekiel (like the nn zekie) so thats 5 names. My other boys have middle names gabriel, joseph, james and charlie. Dont really want to duplicate any middle names as first names although love them all. We are a christian family and whilst i love biblical names and these would be my first choice i dont want to be limited by them. Does harry or oliver sound odd with two other biblical names? All opinions and ideas please xxx

I love Boaz and think it would fit quite well.
Or what about Jotham?

NannyWaines13 · 17/02/2014 17:55

What about Joss/Jossy as a nn for Josiah. My godson is Josiah with nn Jossy.

I like Elijah with your other names too. As a pp said Ezekial is too similar to Isaac I think.

I know a baby Zeke who is so gorgeous. Ezekiel is a big name for a little boy but Zeke is perfect.
Elias, Raphael, Saul, Gideon, Simeon...

ToffeeJungle · 15/02/2014 13:45

Love Elijah,.Caleb, Gabriel and Zachariah.

BrunoBrookesDinedAlone · 15/02/2014 11:13

Oh and Reuben is lovely, and Abraham shortened to Bram is nice - we know a Christian family whose eldest boy is called that

BrunoBrookesDinedAlone · 15/02/2014 11:11

Jonas gives you another Jonah/Josiah variant -but you'd have the Joe problem!

Good luck with the birth and I hope your baby will be fit and well as soon as possible x

LoreleisSecret · 15/02/2014 10:52

I haven't read the rest of the thread but my first thought was Jacob!

ReallyLoveWine · 15/02/2014 09:45

We have a Matthew. Have always loved the name. He was really poorly after birth and is now an amazing, healthy year old. Good luck xx

laura2323 · 15/02/2014 09:44

Eli ?!

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 15/02/2014 09:43

You have two of my three favourite boys names already OP! Both sadly vetoed by DH for our DSs though.

My other favourite name is Jacob - which goes SO well with Noah & Isaac. Far less popular than Oliver or Harry too.

Hope all goes well for you xx

dramajustfollowsme · 15/02/2014 09:39

First thought Jacob or Adam

Twirlymooostache · 15/02/2014 09:38

Abe
Levi
Jamin
Simeon

I think Peter is a lovely name too.

kasbah72 · 15/02/2014 09:37

I think Caleb sounds great with your other names. Otherwise what about Adam?

NightCircus · 15/02/2014 09:37

Elijah Reuben Oliver or
Reuben Elijah Oliver?
Then both you're favourite names and a classic middle name too?

Elliott might be a non biblical option?

HarderToKidnap · 15/02/2014 09:35

Zephaniah, nn zeph or Zephy. Coolest nn ever.

BabyStone · 15/02/2014 09:33

Benjamin (but I am biased )
how about Boaz? (Biblical)
Lucas?
Matthew
Elijah
Samuel
Jacob
