This name business is getting me down. Dd1 is Chloe. Surname begins with E. Help! P

I have never come across that spelling, thought it was Alyssia. Are any of these suitable to DP?

From web: as a girl's name is a variant of Alicia (Old German), Alysia (Greek) and Alyssa (Greek), and the meaning of Alyssia is "noble, exalted; entrancing; rational".

Pick Amelia if you like it. You can always choose a different nickname. Plus it was number one name last year. There will be a few about.

Amelia is our new fave... and its been extremely hard to come by a name we both really like. a very good friend told me her little boy would have been Amelia & they will be trying for another baby soon & Amelia would probably be their girls name. I just don't know if I could do it knowing full well she wouldn't use it if we did. I love Jude for a boy & I'd be gutted if a friend used it....! has put a real downer on it :-(

Dp wants Amelia (I love the name) and we have actually been calling bump it for a few weeks but as per my op, it's been taken. By my cousin's 11yo daughter and one of dd's new friends. So I'm trying to convince myself of something else.
