Love the name Max, but can't use it as close family member has it.

Looking for something equally Bold & not over used.

I think Pierce should be spelled Piers, though it's not really my taste either way.

Quite liking jake so far. Love Isaac, but small child in family called Zac so too close.
Not wanting anything too unusual so Dax & Jax aren't really my bag.

Thoughts on Pierce?

Just saw someone (male) on TV called Jax. I sort of like it.

My DS is Max. Other names on our list were Ethan, Theo, Leon and Finn. I also liked Jude but DH didn't.

I also like names with a 'K' sound but they don't work with our surname...ones like Zack, Luke and Jake.

Thanks for the suggestions, mulling them all over.
Problem is I know too many people with children and all used the names I like best, including Leo & Zac.
DH wants to take it to the extreme & suggests names like Kingsley & Monty. I'm looking for a happy medium. All suggestions, including catty & doggy, welcome!

Our final two names were Max and Miles. Went with Miles in the end.

If we're lucky enough to have another baby, and it's a DS, I think we may well go with Ethan.
