Not pregnant, just nosey & sparked by the fact that I know 8 Williams under 4 years! We know quite a few children but these are the only named duplicated.

I'm exaggerating slightly with the top couple but not much. I can think of 10 Isabel's off the top of my head.

I think some names are regional. I know of no Lily's here in the West Mids but tons up North.
