Any ideas on unique boys names? Not weird ones, nice strong names that aren't that common but not 'way out there'!! lol

I think you win Angela!

I was dying to have 6 more children so we can have a Septimus but I feel much better now as we could call a second DS Theophilus. What about a girl though... there's the dilemma... Can you have Theophila? I suppose there's always Theodora but that's not quite the same.

AngelaDaviesHair · 14/01/2014 10:14

I see you Septimus, drspouse and raise you Theophilus!

VivaLeBeaver · 13/01/2014 21:48

There's a Septimus in my family tree. You don't see many of those these daysGrin .

Sparklymommy · 13/01/2014 19:29

I have a Caspar and a Jeffrey. Jeffrey was after an elder family member, and partnered with a middle name of James (also after another family member) which gave him the nickname jj. But he prefers being called Jeffrey.

Caspar was after a character in a book I read whilst pregnant.

I wanted

Angel
Adrian
Xander
Marcus
Luther
Oscar

But dh vetoed them!

One other thing to do is check the names you are thinking of in last year's baby names list... Lots of the ones on here I bet are in the top 100. It sounds like you don't want that if you want unusual.
