We are early on in pregnancy, so still thinking about names. Any opinion/favourites on the following? In rough order of my preference.

For a DD
Abigail
Meredith
Rosaline
Serenity

For a DS
James
Alexander
Isaac (DH not keen)
Theo

Meredith (nn Merry) and Alexander (nn Xander) would be my favorites

I don't like any of your girl's name so suggest Seren rather than Serenity.

James is the nicest boy's name followed by Alexander, then Theo but don't like Isaac.

Abigail/Meredith and James/Alexander are joint favourites with me at the moment. We'll just have to see what DC looks like when they arrive. Middle names will probably be a family name.

Abigail and Alexander

Abigail and James for me. Though I am not keen on most of the diminutive forms of James

NickNacks · 03/01/2014 13:31

Abigail and James

Meredith and theo or James

Abigail and James

Any of them, apart from Serenity. It makes me think of American beauty pageant contestants,

Crumbelina · 03/01/2014 13:17

Meredith and Alexander.

susiedaisy · 03/01/2014 13:13

Meredith
Isaac

Meredith & Alexander

I would avoid Rosaline due to pronunciation issues ("leen" vs "line"?). My pick from your lists would be Abigail and James.

They are all nice, would steer away from serenity though, when she is having a temper tantrum the irony will be too much to bear.
