Theodore (Theo) Edward

we considered Felix, Leo, Ted, Ned

MadameDefarge · 13/12/2013 22:28

Joseph Anthony

Though I really wanted Felix.

BornToFolk · 13/12/2013 22:18

Henry Joseph. That was all we considered apart from Joseph Henry. Grin But when he was born it was clear he was Henry. And he is.

I do still love Joseph though. Also a big fan of:
Arthur
Gabriel
Cassius
John

Boys' names are easy!

FionasFatFairy · 13/12/2013 21:58

Valentino, preceded by Alessandro, but his main name is Valentino, shortened to Tino.

Liked Gabriel, but decided to save Gabriela for a girl.

A second boy would have been Francisco Raphael (Frankie)

dashoflime · 13/12/2013 21:46

Jimmy

Names DH was not allowed to use included:
Gartnait
Alpen

CordeliaTheChristmasRose · 13/12/2013 21:43

Other names we considered were Ethan, Dylan, Aidan, Leo and Zak.

Slongette · 13/12/2013 20:43

Elliott Thomas (ET....!!!!) Really suits him though.

HanShotFirst · 12/12/2013 19:48

DH and I decided and stuck with the names we gave our 2 DS, with no shortlist - luckily their names suited them!

DS1 is Dexter
DS2 is Dawson

Theonlyoneiknow · 12/12/2013 15:28

I love the name Rory - there are quite a few here though. All depends on where you live!

Beachballfamily · 12/12/2013 15:20

Rory - he's 5 now and we've never met another young Rory. Getting worried now that there will be lots more soon!

Also considered

Alasdair
Samuel

MrsT2007 · 11/12/2013 20:24

I have never met a little Rory yet but I bet it gets more popular. It's such a lovely, classic name but oft bypassed for others.

MrJollyLivesNextDoor · 11/12/2013 19:16

DS is Aleksander (OH is Polish)

We also considered Daniel

I wanted Izaak or Robert (both vetoed by OH)

OH wanted Seweryn (pronounced Sev-Erin) - I laughed in his face

spanky2 · 11/12/2013 19:07

Ethan
Milo

Sarahplane · 11/12/2013 18:56
