Down to two!!

I am expecting our second ds next year and I think finally we have narrowed down name choice to Christopher David or Jonathan David. Surname begins with G. Which do you think sounds best/ do you like best?

They are both good names. I think you should decide based on whether you prefer Chris or Jon, as both are pretty inevitable shortenings!

My bro is Jonathan and our surname begins with G! Jonathan and David were best friends in the bible so that is a great association. My brother was often called Jon once he became a teenager. I still like Jonathan as it is an underused classic. The same could be said for Christopher although I'm not so keen on Chris as a nn - not as strong a sound as Jon.
