Flora and Otis.

As an aside.....live birth thread..yes?

MollyBerry · 22/11/2013 20:12

I seem to stand alone but love Clementine out of those 3

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 22/11/2013 19:50

I'm not a fan of Fleur.

If you are worried that Flora will be too popular, what about Fleur? Very pretty, sweet for a child, but also works well for a grownup, so much nicer than Ivy and goes with the names of your other children and your surname.

ToffeeJungle · 22/11/2013 15:37

Flora or Caspar.

Was going to saw Asa but the only Asa I've ever come across was female???

cloggal · 22/11/2013 15:29

Stand corrected, only 19 Floras in Scotland in 2012 (though that probably equates to 190ish in the English results). Only three less than Florence with 22. But 23 called Ivy!

(I always think of Flora as a bohemian, folksy name, so funny squoosh how people hear then differently!)

squoosh · 22/11/2013 15:21

I'd say Flora is more popular in the South than in Scotland. It does sound like a Telegraph type name.

AnnaConda · 22/11/2013 15:21

Flora
Caspar

cloggal · 22/11/2013 15:17

I don't see Flora taking off down South, might be wrong though! Really love it and know a little one (her brother is Milo, which made me think it would go well with your Arlo).

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 22/11/2013 15:15

Yes,in England.

Are you in England Frigg? (I too have been on lots of your threads but have NC!)

Flora is (I think) more popular in Scotland.

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 22/11/2013 15:04

Only 116 Flora's last year but i worry think its going to get more popular.

633 Ivy's! (There were 310 in 2011 and 220 in 2010 so it's climbing very fast)

Seriously perfect princess are you Katie Hopkins? What dull/sensible name do you suggest that won't ruin future careers? Hmm

squoosh · 22/11/2013 14:34

'Dont ruin their future career prospects.'

Confused
bassingtonffrench · 22/11/2013 14:33

flora and ivy are not popular!

Flora and Caspar for me.

Like Ruis a lot also though.

rockybalboa · 22/11/2013 14:28

It would be a very grey world indeed if we all stuck to ‘sensible’.

ShowOfBloodyStumps · 22/11/2013 14:23

Juniper P e r r y is fine

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 22/11/2013 14:22

I'm sure your DC names are much more perfect than mine PerfectPrincess
Why don't you share them so I can be enlightened by your wisdom?
