Final Decisions.

I think we've made a final decision..

Genevieve, Madeline, and Jocelyn. What do you think?

Do you think they go together and also go with Autumn and April?

I like them, and any short versions. I also love your existing Autumn!

I love Genevieve - really pretty. Jocelyn and Madeline are not really for me, but nothing wrong with them. They all go fine with Autumn and April.

Yes the shortened ones are partly why we chose them.

Counting stars, it doesn't really matter does it? As long as you like the names. I think they all sound fine together, this 'batch' of names sits very nicely together and as bundaberg says they're not always going to be 'known' together. Just go for it! :-)

plus, remember that for the majority of their lives they're not going to be known as autumn and april's sisters! so whether or not they "go" isn't that relevant (imo) so i wouldn't worry about that.

if you love them, use them :)

We looked at pretty much every nature themed name and we couldn't find one we both liked (except Eve) let alone 3!

I get that they're totally different styles of names, I just want to know if people think they sound particularly bad together, or just.. strange?

Genevieve and Madeline are lovely. Sorry, I'm afraid I really, really dislike Jocelyn. I prefer Josephine.

You have a season and a month, you need something else along the 'rhythm of life' theme.

From your list I like Madeline best.

They are a very different type of name to April and Autumn, so I don't think they go together particularly well. Does that matter though?

I don't like Jocelyn, sorry. The other two are ok but not really my cup of tea because I prefer shorter, less frilly names, personally.

I love April.
