Just found out we are having another lovely boy and were more than likely going to call him Ryder but just wondered what else goes with Hunter (DS1) just in case there's something else we prefer!

We considered Hunter (sadly couldn't use it as my DFriend named her baby boy that a month before).

We also liked Callum
Cameron
Brodie
Aaron
Campbell
Morgan
Xander
Maddox
Flynn
Mason

I knew a little boy called Hunter and his baby brother was named Hudson.
Cute!

Tate is a really good name.

Cooper is good too.

I personally find Hunter and Ryder a but too 'theme'y. (It's a bit like having Hunter/Fisher or Hunter/Gatherer or Fox and Hunter).

Are you very horsey country people or are they just nice-sounding to you? Unless you have a close personal connection to the 'theme' of horses/hunting I'd avoid a name with a meaning too closely connected to Hunter.

Dorris83 · 15/11/2013 20:51

Ryder is my favourite. It's nice and unique like Hunter is- you need to have a special name to go with Hunter I think.

You can't have Hunter and Ryder.....you really, really can't. Unless you're going to have Barbour and Purdey too.

Leopoldina · 15/11/2013 12:18

Gatherer, obviously....

I know a pair with bird names - Kestrel (Kes for short) and Drake

SecretWitch · 15/11/2013 12:17

Spenser..
