DH and I finally agree on something... what do you think?

Almost 26 weeks now and expecting a little girl. We seem to have settled on the name Meredith Emily, probably Merrie for short or Meg (as those will be her initials). I'm well aware the name Emily is very popular so wasn't keen to use it as a first name. Are there any pitfalls or openings for ridicule with this name that I haven't thought of?

I love it too, we know a Meredith (she is 3) and her family call her Merrie.

Meredith is lovely. I would like to use it too (if I'm ever allowed to have another baby!!). My DH tells me it's a boy's name traditionally, but that doesn't bother me.
