Yes, I know they're quite different but I do like them both. Would be interested to hear people's thoughts.

Middle name probably Rose - because it's my middle name too! Not because I have no imagination before you start

Annabel.

I love this name just so much. I think it does every single thing a girl's name should - it is well known and therefore easily spelled (esp since you haven't gone for the extra unnecessary -le frill), has scope for frilly or matter-of-fact diminutives, sounds nice in its own right, etc etc.

Go for it.

Annabella instead? Annabel is tooooo common but this adds a bit of a change and nicknames can vary from Anna Ann bell bella etc

Can we decide without knowing the surname so we know how the whole name sounds. I know that's not practicable so I choose Annabel.

But, to give things a twist, I've always preferred Amabel - it was my Nan's name which can be shortened to Amy........

The only Claudia's I've known have been self obsessed, narcissistic and attention seeking, so for that reason I'd choose Annabel.

Annabel - It is a nice name and sounds very cute. As a first name gives you a very independent nature, yet still sound. And a lot Rose either way together works as a middle name. It sound like too.
