I'm in the north and I don't know a single Claudia of any age!

Have you discovered the website 'namesdarkgreener'? It will give you the trends for any name by year.

I work with children and can't say that Claudia is a name I have heard often, if at all, recently so I wouldn't say it's all that popular. At least not in the south.
