Or a girl, if you're a man!

I'd have been Ross Lewis Surname.

Nathan. Same for both of my sisters.

Wigeon · 11/09/2013 13:16

Littlecherublegs - those two names are my DH's first and second names, in that order! Were you born in the late 1970s too?!

Wigeon · 11/09/2013 13:14

Richard. Weirdly my DH's first name is Richard (although he's known by his second name). And even more weirdly, his younger sister has the same name as me, so presumably his parents would have called him that name if he was a girl.

So DH would have had my name if he had been a girl and I would have had his name. Odd!

Colin. Fortunately they came to their senses when my brother came along and called him James. Lucky escape!

sonlypuppyfat · 11/09/2013 12:41

Kerry Hmm I'm so glad I swerved that one. I've never known a single bloke called Kerry.

noodlebum · 11/09/2013 12:21

Nico, according to my dad. My mum says she didn't bother thinking of a boys name though as she 'knew' I was a girl Grin

MarianneBrandon · 11/09/2013 12:16

Alan Hmm

theginganinja · 11/09/2013 11:55

Barry.... dodged a bullet there.

birdofthenorth · 11/09/2013 11:53

Gavin. No idea why. Prefer their female choice (my name I mean!) though it is ridiculously common

Ethlinn · 11/09/2013 11:50

Martin. My initials would be MW and my mum thought it would have been really cool Hmm

Marc or Oliver.

If I was Marc I would have been one of seven in my class. As it is I got a name that I only encountered for the first time on a French exchange.

Littlecherublegs · 11/09/2013 11:14

Richard or Jonathan.

Hate the idea of being called Dick or Johnny so am very pleased to be female!

thegreylady · 11/09/2013 11:13

James Robert after Dad Grandad and Uncle!
