I'm 37 weeks and we still cant decide on a girl's name! Our boys names are Sonny or Leo... leaning towards Sonny.

Shortlist for girls is:

Amber
Minnie (short for Yasmin)
Nancy

Which do you prefer?

I love Amber, but then I am rather biased (see profile photos!)
I have never known a hairdresser called Amber, let alone a 'faux' one, whatever that means, DD is a (very successful) recruitment consultant!

I like Nancy too, but would prefer Yasmin to Minnie - and you may well find your DD would too as she gets older - one thing you can never control is what teenagers call themselves/their friends!

Love Nancy.

Don't really like Amber- it's a colour.

I wouldn't choose Minnie for the reason as MadeOf.

as a former dinner lady I'd avoid Minnie - some of the girls used it as a nickname for their private parts.. may make for some sniggering....

Like all but Amber is often a hairdresser faux name...

Yasmin is lovely. Nancy is short for Agnes, both are lovely.

Nancy.

Yasmin nice too but only with longer version on bc. Don't mind diminutives on the bc but Minnie is just too cutesy as a full name.
