I like

Daisy Elizabeth (Was one of pour choices too!)
Freya Elizabeth

I agree Holly Joy too Christmassy.

The two Jasmines I have known have been shortened to Jaz which I don't like.

Lainyneal30 · 30/07/2013 22:35

I like Willow the best! I'm having a baby girl too but her surname will be Williams! Otherwise I would have Willow!

looki · 28/07/2013 11:36

None of them are to my taste but I like both your middle names!

FetaCheeny · 28/07/2013 10:45

I like Willow and Jasmine then Daisy. Think they are all nice but dislike Holly and Freya. Holly has been used far too much in my age group for me to still like it, and Freya is bland compared with the others. My only concern with Willow is would she get called Willy? I don't know any in real life so not sure.

squeak2392 · 28/07/2013 02:51

I like Holly Elizabeth.

I'll admit to be biassed towards Holly, but I honestly just don't like Daisy and Jasmine.
Willow doesn't make me cringe like they do but I'm still not keen.

Writerwannabe83 · 27/07/2013 21:07

ps) I like Freya the most just because it is a 'name' name Grin

Writerwannabe83 · 27/07/2013 21:06

Not sure on Willow - but only because personally I don't like children being named after non-name things I.e Willow Tree Grin

My husband likes the name Jasmine but I'm not keen for the same reason - isn't that a herb or a flower of some sort???

All 4 of your 'options' are kind of flower/tree related, is that on purpose or pure coincidence??

I don't think any baby should be called Holly unless it is born on Christmas Day Grin

I used to have a hamster called Daisy when I was younger, I loved her to pieces.

I like Daisy the most out of your list Smile

Rtfairy · 27/07/2013 21:01

Thank you for all the replies, we have now added Freya to the list, any thoughts on Freya in comparison to the other names on my list?

Holly Elizabeth - too many Ls
Willow - Elizabeth - too many Ls
Holly Joy - combination is too Christmassy
Jasmine Joy - too matchy

Daisy Elizabeth - like
Jasmine Elizabeth - like
Daisy Joy - like
Willow Joy - like

Sunnysummer · 23/07/2013 03:59

Holly and Willow! Jasmine is also nice, but to me Daisy is gorgeous for a little girl but less for a grownup.

Shylepite · 23/07/2013 01:38

Willow Joy Smile

Rtfairy · 22/07/2013 22:03

Thanks for the comments. Think it's going to be hard to make a decision and we may just decide once she's born. Would like to at least narrow it down to 2 before then though.

I see your dilemma - they are all lovely and am struggling to say which unlike best! I think Holly or Jasmine just about pip the others, although I agree with a pp that Williw has a lovely sound. Daisy brings up the rear, but still a very lovely name.

squoosh · 22/07/2013 12:40

Willow is by far the best, it's the least twee.

josiejay · 22/07/2013 12:33

I love Holly Joy but would be very Christmassy!

Wbdn28 · 22/07/2013 09:20

They're all lovely names Smile

hawkmcqueen · 21/07/2013 22:44

Love your names in this order:
Daisy, Jasmine, Willow and then Holly. The first three are so pretty and feminine, Holly is a bit stronger.

exoticfruits · 21/07/2013 22:13

I am not keen on any but definitely not Willow.
Holly is the best, but spell it properly and not the suggestion of Hollie.

TruJay · 21/07/2013 22:09

My little sis is Daisy, well I say little she's actually 20 now and taller than me which she loves pointing out! She has always really suited her name and we've always loved it. She has 2 middle names, one of which is Elizabeth. Obv I am biased but Daisy Elizabeth is lovely! It has never seemed too much of a cute, babyish name for her so far in life and can't see it ever doing really.

I like Willow too

Lionchair23 · 21/07/2013 20:45

Holly by far more classic than the others. Holly Elizabeth is lovely .

itsonlysubterfuge · 21/07/2013 20:37

I like Willow and Holly. Perhaps you could wait and see what she looks like once you see scan or her if you can't decide.

ANormalOne · 21/07/2013 20:30

Daisy and Willow, I have a cousin called Willow and one called Hazel, gorgeous names.

CPtart · 21/07/2013 20:27

Jasmine at a push.
Not really keen on any, I agree, rather twee.

lj123 · 21/07/2013 20:15

Willow or daisy, more willow I think Smile

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 21/07/2013 20:07

Daisy Joy is lovely.
