Cecil - thoughts?

As names like Arthur and Stanley become more mainstream will a name like Cecil or Francis make a comeback?

I thought this to myself and re Cecil thought "no never". But then I'd have thought the same about Stanley.

I think if it was going to make a comeback it might have done so by now. It sounds so weedy.

Lucy Honeychurch's totally wrong fiance in 'Room with a View' pronounced 'Seesil' but even so, he's put me off the name. Never been that keen on George either though, and she married him.
