Cool or dogs name?

Is it better than Milo or Theodore (nn Teddy - dh's choice).

Mind you DS has a dogs name so won't make much of a difference.

This is on the back of me asking DS about the name daisy and him asking if I am going to give birth to a cow!!

I love Rufus. Love it.

Theodore is also lovely, and Teddy very cute indeed. Theo/Ted also good for older boy/adult.

Don't like Milo, sorry - wasn't he a Tweenie?

Hmmm. Gut feeling is...

Rufus - dogs name
Milo - BIL's dog's
Theodore - chipmunk!

I like Rufus better than Milo - I think it's one of those names that once you give it to a child it will become 'them' iykwim, although I suspect you'd get some raised eye browns initially.

I know a Theodore, a couple of Theo's and a Teddy - all lovely boys but it's not an uncommon name if that's a factor in your decision making process. Ted is nice for an older boy/adult too.

I really like it, much more than Milo or Theodore. Teddy is becoming v popular now, as is Reuben.

Madamecastafiore · 22/05/2013 07:29

That's good to know. I think it different but not too far out. I like Reuben but it becoming increasingly popular round here.
