Jess for a boy....

DH has just told me he likes the name Jess for a boy, I sort of like it but am undecided. We like the name Isla for a girl.
We already have two children a dd and a ds not pregnant yet but we are thinking about ttc no3 soon, we like to get names sorted first!

Noddy ds1 has an unusual name too and so far so good on the bullying front. He's 7. I guess we'll have to wait and see how Jesse gets on but fingers crossed!

My ds is Jesse he is 19 and so far never bullied or even commented on. I always hide jesse threads though before the provincial crew turn up and accuse parents who use it of enticing bullying!

I love the name Jesse but not Jes as a full name.

Love it, always have. It's a dudes name, I think of gorgeous blonde surfer types with the name Jess, but I would go for Jesse.

I like the name Jesse but it does have a high teasing potential. I had a bit of a crush on one at Uni but he was manly enough to carry off a girl's name, I imagine it wasn't much fun at primary school

My ds is called Jesse so not dissimilar. He gets called jess for short sometimes. If you like it, go for it! :)
