Any thoughts on these two names?

Flora - Down side, the margarine connection.

Linnea - Is it too hard to pronounce?

two friends have had babies in the last week. One Flora, one Linnea! :)

I think there's a clothing line called linea isn't there?

Linnea are sanitary towels here.

How would you pronounce it? Linn-ea (like a line) or Linn-ay-er or what?

I do like Flora though.

Linnea is very pretty and unusual. Once people have been told the pronounciation it won't be hard to remember.

Not so keen on Flora.

love Flora, was going to use it 16 years ago but had the same misgivings because dh laughed for the same reasons.

I wish in some ways i had its lovely. Times have changed. Go for it, its classic(al). if you can have florence you can def have flora.

Linnea (after carl linneaus ?). not one im familiar with. People seem to have problems pronoucing ANY name nowadays , if you like it ,go for it.
