Like Isla but not...

We're looking for both boy and girl names (don't know yet) and want them to be Scottish but not overtly gaelic spelling.

I LOVE Isla but a v. good friend has just taken that. I also love Mairi but another friend has that.. Think I like Calum and Cameron for boys...

So... what's like Isla but not?

So far I can only think of Ailsa.

oooohhh... Iona's a good one Grin

Eilidh is bordering on the gaelic for me... but probably just the right side of ok. We're from east scotland and don't have any gaelic heritage at all but i do know gaelic speakers so i feel a bit weird choosing a gaelic name.
