Where does this girl's name come from? Is it short for something? My daughter loves Woolly and Tig on Cbeebies and it makes me wonder every time I watch it. The family in it are Scottish...is it a gaelic/scottish name?

I just googled Tiggy Legge-Bourke and she's an Alexandra. What's that all about?

saycheeeeeese · 19/01/2013 09:05

I've wondered about this too!

Antigone is definitely Greek. Surprising choice for a name though, can't imagine there's many kids around called that.

Antigone? (Greek, I think)
